Day 5, Peak 2 Peak
With the spectacular weather, it was time to try the new Peak 2 Peak gondola,
which goes between Whistler's Pika/Roundhouse and Blackcomb's Rendezvous,
and at its greatest height above ground, is 436 meters (1427 feet) over Fitzsimmons Creek,
and takes 11 minutes to travel the 4.4km (2.73 miles) straight line distance.
The view is unforgetable, both of the valley,
and of the 2 mountains. This is the approach to Whistler.
