A day at the races...

Oh No!!! I'm surrounded by Ferrari's! ...including an Enzo!

Ferrari Vancouver organised a "Track Day" for their customers, limited to 20 Ferrari's / Maserati's. We had the whole Mission Raceway track to ourselves all day, and instructors were provided for all cars. This was the Driver's tent, with the staged, ready-to-go-next group of cars to the left, and the fresh-off-the-track cars parked to the right. We had to wear helmets, which were provided if you didn't have one of your own.

These cars are ready to go! The cars were sorted into 3 groups: "A", Experienced track drivers, "B", Novice track drivers with track cars (my group), and "C", Novice track drivers with street cars.

Then there was the indisputable star of the show, the Ferrari "Enzo", a $1,000,000 limited production (only 400 made) collectors car, driven by the dealership owner and his young son. State of the art in 2004. ...would you buy a car from this soggy salesman?

Even though it was raining, to have it out there, and touchable, is every Ferrari owner's dream...
