It has begun!
I went down to Canada Place to see if they had the old Woodwards' window displays up, but, nope. So continued along the waterfront...

The traffic downtown was a mess, because of the Santa Claus parade later in the afternoon.
The weather outside was frightful... I mean, it was quite windy and raining, and not conducive to outdoor waiting or photography. So I tried to avoid the Santa Claus parade route and the blocked roads.
However, I found myself going past the parade's starting corner, just as the last of the floats and bands, etc, were setting off. Nice. No crowds and there was a break in the weather!
...there must have been some nice looking guy standing behind me...
Hmmm... She doesn't look happy with with her animals, does she... And the girls with the yellow skirt wasn't paying attention in math class...
A parade is a good opportunity to present a little cultural awareness...
...and even a protest of sorts.
But really, everyone just wants to party!
