OK, this can't be good.
Apparently it rotted clean through at the bottom, and didn't survive the last bump from one of the bigger boats.
Oh dear. That's #8, and it's nicely on the rocks at the north end of Kitsilano Beach.
At least day 4 on the rocks. It's visible in the beach picture 2 pages back taken 4 days ago, and I didn't even notice it that day!
It's a Monday, and there seems to be a lot of people with the day off!
The beach volleyball teams are not as prevalent on Kits beach anymore. They now have 2 large areas set up for them on Spanish Banks, closer to UBC. There were some serious teams still practicing here, though.
