Ok, this is interesting. The boat is "14K 38148", with a name that looks like "Water (smudge)". That sounds familiar...
Ah! Indeed, it was 2 days ago, while kayaking. This boat had drifted toward shore and was already touching bottom. This guy in the dingy didn't know whose it was, but he was rescueing it...
The irony: had he left it alone, it would be up on a sandy beach. Instead, it landed on these rocks.
#4 looks like it might be in trouble. And all those barnacles on the propellor probably mean it has not seen much recent use.
At this angle on the rocks, water will enter through the cabin. And any movement will hammer it onto the rocks.
#3 is safe from the rocks, but it doesn't look like anyone is working to free it.
#2 is in trouble, it looks like the side that's leaning against the rocks has collapsed already.
#1 might be ok, if it can keep the water out.
I just remembered: The Coast Guard pumped out the rain water that was slowly pushing this one lower in the water a few months back. You can see the different lines of algae buildup. Yup: neglected.
