Edmonton Cleanup.

The idea was to make the colours a bit more neutral, which should help with finding a new owner. That extra door is from the master bedroom: Ken and I got our revenge!

The whiter colour really brightened up the place, as our paint roller demonstration model, Doreen, shows.

With a 9 ft ceiling in the Living Room, none of us were tall enough to reach the top! ...so we added a step ladder to the crew!

Ken is another paint roller enthusiast, however between them, they failed to convert Don away from his preferred painting tool: a brush!
So Don did the edges and corners, and tried to keep ahead of the roller crew. Actually we coordinated quite well, there was always something else to get done.

Hmm... that bedroom is getting a little untidy...

Ok, it's beyond that now, and we may need to start moving this to a U-Haul truck soon.

We weren't sure if that was the colour that the tub was supposed to be, or not...

Or not. Lots of powdered scrubbing cleanser later...

There was one minor repair required. The tap was improperly supported in the counter-top, and the fittings resisted all attempts at removal.
If we could undo the collar nuts, and remove the tap, Ken had a properly shaped wood block to put in for support. No cooperation, so it was "removed", with extreme prejudice.

The counter was re-inforced, and a new tap purchased and installed. While Ken was seeing to this detail, Don was dismantling the old BBQ, and Doreen was sorting items.
