More bicycle, next day. Together with Yoko, we visited Steveston, in Richmond.
This included a Salmon Festival. The line-up for paid customers is going from far right to far left... The line-up to pay is still further to the right...
The salmon bbq system was primative, but efficient, as 40 - 50 pieces of fish were moved at a time.
So, naturally, in the spirit of the event: we went across the street to the food trucks, and enjoyed the very short line-ups there!
The streets were all blocked off, and many were dressed in their finest Canadiana!
However, it was a bit too crowded here...
And here, too.
Hmmm... I have an idea: let's go some other direction!
Ok, there were the drummers, who seemed to be testing out the possibility of audience participation. Ok, that didn't work...
Ok, so when the going gets tough, the tough get... shopping!
