The Long Weekend.
The bridge is a thin object, and needs something else with it. ...maybe a cruise ship, or night lights? Which ever, it never happens when I'm looking at it!
The whale watchers return. I was surprised to see the "rooster tail" of spray behind the tour boat. They are using a racing-type surface piercing propellor...
Hmmm.... hey, maybe that plane will go by UNDER the bridge!
The weather may still be a bit cool for the locals, but not for the tourists...
Ok, it's now about 1 PM, and it looks like it's finally warming up for the locals, as well!
2 pm, and a 20 km walk later: now the pool is busy!
...and so is the beach!
...the next day... Yoko and her mother, who is visiting from Japan, stop by for a decorative lunch, that just must be documented!
...and the holiday Monday: Today it really got warm! The pool was jammed!
I walked out towards UBC, along the shore.
At Jericho beach, the rescue team was involved with this exhausted wind-surfer...
Looking towards Point Grey, the beach was well occupied!
