A view from the air!
Flying over the abandoned pineapple / sugarcane field.
That road just begs to be driven with a nice little sports car! ...not the rental conveyance appliance that we had...
The road is 2 lane until shortly after this point. It eventually becomes a 1 lane, cliff hugging, no safety rail, zigzag, test of nerves!
Getting closer to civilization...
The only way to even see those sea caves is from the air!
Civilization! Kahului! The airport is just out of sight on the left.
The southern half of Molokai... We had wanted to drive to the volcano top, but weather and time held us back...
Another benefit of the helicopter tour: We could see all the beaches and their access roads! These beaches looked pretty good!
Almost back to the assigned helipad spot, near the black helicopter.
The ground crew says: "Pilot Tim is so knowledgable and informative about the local area, and he's entirely self-taught, you know!" ...well, he is a great pilot.
