The house, and the rocks.


Near the Cox Bay rocks, there was a nice boardwalk. It looked like a recent addition to the landscape...



So we ignored it. Hah! Nope, of course we followed it out to see where it would lead. It went past this thistle patch...

We made it back to the house, and eventually to the beach. Where there was all this sand in need of some air-time!

After a busy day in the water, it was time for dinner! So the non-chefs, and the otherwise skilled, were kept distracted with a rare, 15 minute, electronics play time session.



The mighty BBQ'er, Rob, does the corn cobs, which were expertly peeled ahead of time by the triple-function photographer / corn shucker / crab cooker!



There was fresh halibut, so naturally it was on the menu! Mmmm! halibut nuggets!
