Leaving Leaves.
If you look straight up while walking through downtown, you get a better view of the trees. ...and a sore neck!
These are recent plantings by the city, and they bring an excellent touch of colour!
So, of course, there were more than one of these trees...
And this one was set a bit further out from the buildings. Ok, maybe the building was set back from the tree a bit here...
The conference center by Canada Place, Stanley Park in the distance.
The Noordam (if I remember correctly...) is leaving soon, and the big tear-drop is displaying its emotions!
Coal Harbour. There is a nice little latte shop just over there...
Whoever chose which plants to use on the west side of the conference center certainly did a great job!
Again, sometimes the best view was straight up!
No, I didn't exaggerate the colours. It's called a "firebush" for this exact reason!
