The Covid months...
The day the restrictions began to get lifted, and the restaurants began to open again! A beer and a burger on the patio on Granville Island!
It was a good day to enjoy the view of the newer buildings near Yaletown. The stadium is almost completely hidden now.
Look at all that wasted space!
This bird, a Northern Flicker, is part of the woodpecker family, and it loves to eat ants!
Usually the camera lens scares smaller animals because it looks like a giant eye.
But this bird kept edging towards me. I guess it wasn't going to share the ants with anybody!
Spring is mostly done, and the trees are all green now.
And the figs are growing nicely!
The Gunnera are already taller than me...
A car? Oh, I just put new wheels on the Subaru. I think it looks better... (Lighter, and 3mm further out. Quicker handling!)
