Real Winter!!
They used snow piles to seperate three rinks!
The skaters were clearing more snow off the duck pond! (shows the snow depth well)
And still we proceeded.
We found these two French guys having fun in the boat launch parking lot that is beside the Coastguard Station.
Looks like fun!
The rare "Yukon Palm Tree", they don't usually survive this far south...
Near Granville Island, and the frozen pond is now buried!
More frozen fresh water outflow, now with snow on top!
She actually skied right up to this point. Our destination is visible: the red window frames behind Yuko's head.
Nothing like skiing to the hot chocolate warming hut!
