Spring !! (finally!)
And across Burrard Bridge. This well coordinated truck convoy is part of the land preparation for the construction of multiple highrise condo/apartments.
Combined with the current subway extension into our area, and the planned extension out to UBC, all the new construction will triple the population of our neighbourhood.
Yaletown, and the magnolias are out!

In the former Olymic Village this pond area gets cut back every winter, but will soon be mostly hidden by tall grasses and small bushes.
Rhodo Alert. Rhodo Alert. They aren't quite ready yet. Most are still in the bud stage.
