Grindavik and Krauma.
We pretty much travelled with a bathing suit at all times. Towels / bath robes could be rented at all pools, and soap/shampoo/etc was provided.
As always, there was a variety of temperatures to be enjoyed in various pools!
The main entrance was on the right. The door on the left was for drinks service to the pool patrons.
The weather was cool, but we were warm!
...in case you got too warm, here's the cold plunge pool! Behind it is the "Relaxation Room", warm with a wood fire, and we enjoyed it, too !
Small hotspring facility in the middle of nowhere, and it had an excellent restaurant!
Dessert was pretty good, too! This inverse of expectation baffles me. Why is such a nice restaurant in the middle of nowhere!
Of course, the sun comes out as we were leaving!
While we were in Icceland, the days were getting abt 6 minutes longer each day. In the 10 days we were there, daytime increased by 1 hour.
I think she enjoyed the day !
