looks like a hole has worn through near the bow. This ones in a lot of trouble now.
With that many barnacles and mussels attached, it has definitely not been looked after.

That wreck makes a great beach decoration! None of these are of any concern to the Coast Guard. They are Parks board, harbour patrol, and police matters now.
This one's toast. It will be under water at high tide.
The lucky one, still intact, still uncared for.
