The Daisen temple. Stairs. Always stairs!
The grounds extended up the hillside, with statues and buildings on the flats.
Gotta have an Inari fox!
And a cow!
And a bell! This one has the ringer log locked down so dumb tourists won't use it...
The lower temple.
Guarded by this fellow and a companion on the other side of the gateway!
The Daisen mountain in the distance. Very hike-able, and the approach makes use of the temple access path.
